 Dawn is a Fully Qualified Hypnotherapist. Her own journey with hypnotherapy at the age of 19, and experiencing its positive impact inspired a lifelong interest in helping others create meaningful change in their lives. After spending over 30 years working in education, Dawn decided to embark on a new career where she could support people in a more personal and transformative way. She dedicated two years to training as a hypnotherapist and have since continued to develop her skills through studying EFT, NLP, CBT, and a range of other therapeutic approaches. With a strong psychological background and a genuine belief in the importance of being heard, she provides a safe, supportive space for people who may feel overlooked or misunderstood. By listening carefully and drawing upon my knowledge, experience, and therapeutic skills, Dawn helps clients make the positive changes they want to achieve and move towards a happier, more fulfilling future.
