Dawn is a Fully Qualified Hypnotherapist. Her own journey with hypnotherapy at the age of 19, and experiencing its positive impact inspired a lifelong interest in helping others create meaningful change in their lives. After spending over 30 years working in education, Dawn decided to embark on a new career where she could support people in a more personal and transformative way. She dedicated two years to training as a hypnotherapist and have since continued to develop her skills through studying EFT, NLP, CBT, and a range of other therapeutic approaches.
